That steak was really nice and cooked just right! I'm having a Black Angus ribeye with some Thai sauce, along with some great sides and a Malaysian teh tarik to go with it. 😋

We visited in March 2026 to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and we had such a lovely experience! The customer service was amazing, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. They even surprised my partner with a lovely birthday message on his dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special.The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend visiting, especially for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be returning!

I went to this restaurant for my husband’s birthday with my baby. It was portrayed as a ‘family friendly’ environment. On arrival we were told we had to leave the pram downstairs which was inconvenient especially when you have a baby who cannot sit in a high chair. We had to ask for the menus once we were seated and I felt the waiters were not attentive at all.The food saved the day but the service was terrible. It’s a shame how you pay for service charge but do not receive the service you expect. I definitely will not be recommending the Shoreditch branch to anyone.

My bill was around £320 they charged me £490 have been asking for a refund for the money they overcharged for me another table over 4 weeks they haven’t dealt with the situation and I haven’t received my refund after many false promises.I do not recommend their service!

Unfortunately, our experience at Meet Bros today was not what we expected, especially as of some of us have been to the restaurant before.Our table was booked for 6:30pm, and initially, everything was fine. However, at around 8pm, while we were still enjoying our time together, we were handed the bill without asking for it and told that we needed to pay as the restaurant was getting busy. We were also told that if we wanted to take pictures, we would have to move to another area because our seating time was limited to an hour and a half.I found this incredibly rude and abrupt and something I have never experienced at any other busy restaurant. We came to celebrate a special occasion, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed out. I understand that restaurants get busy and have other reservations to accommodate, but there is a polite and professional way to communicate this to customers. Handing someone the bill unprompted while they are still enjoying their evening is not good hospitality.Things became even more uncomfortable when when we asked for permission from a member of staff (saniya, south Asian hijabi) if we could use another space to take pictures with our cake, to which she said yes. Within a few minutes, she asked us if we wanted to order from the menu again, despite knowing that we had already eaten. She then claimed she thought we were part of her table of eleven. While we were taking pictures, she repeatedly said to her colleague that her table of eleven would be arriving any minute, rather than simply approaching us politely and explaining that the area was needed for another reservation. The whole interaction came across as passive-aggressive and extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.An hour and a half is not much time when celebrating a special occasion, especially when bookings are scheduled so closely together that customers are made to feel rushed. If there are strict time limits, these should be mentioned on the website or email confirmations.I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was not the level of service I expected from a restaurant of this standard and honestly this affected our experience negatively.

Such a special experience, with lovely service from Amrita. The lamb shank and steak was a favourite. It is very pricey so definitely for a special event.

Good food. My partner loved his sirloin steak, although my chicken steak had a massive bone in it but minor problem. I did add a note on my reservation that it was a birthday dinner but unlike probably every other restaurant to exist, they didn’t bring out a dessert or any celebratory touch. Also ordered from the kids menu which included ice cream for my daughter but we didn’t get it.Bathrooms were a major let down. Horrible condition in the ladies room with water all over the floor- felt so unhygienic and dirty which is a shame as the restaurant itself is truly beautiful.

Went for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed the food, as did all my guestsThe Meat Bros Spring Rolls were the star of the show for me. I was sceptical at first about the cheese in a spring roll, but the flavours worked so well together. Definitely a standout starter!For my main, I had the Lamb Shank(£35.45), served with Parisian mash & lamb was very soft that it fell right off the bone. Seasoned to perfection 🤝🏽They don’t serve cocktails, but their mocktails were really good, so that wasn’t an issue.The interior is beautiful and reminds me of outdoor restaurants in Greece actually.Service: 3/5. The waiter could have been a bit more patient when taking our orders and dealing with our table . I understand we were a large group, but at times we felt rushed, which took away from the experience a little but as a large group we was accommodated to a large table with no problems.Overall, a great spot for a birthday dinner, with good food and a beautiful setting. I’d happily return as a few things on their menu stood out , hopefully with a slightly better service experience next time…

My steak was incredibly tough although I asked for medium rare and the seating was just awful got seated inbetween two couples felt like we might aswell have sat together at this point we can hear their conversations that’s how close we are seated. It was my anniversary with my partner just not great. Marketed as A halal hotspot but far from fine dining and service was just mediocre. Food heavily overpriced for what it was all in all disappointing the decor is lovely but again you can’t eat decor and atmosphere. Also they have a late policy charging £20pp if late which we weren’t but given the standard of service and food honestly shocking

I got Australian grass fed rib eye medium rare it is ten out of ten , it is by far the best steak I have ever had in London if not in entire EuropeYet the sides are lame needs some work from them ( still giving 5 stars for how amazing the steak was )Service is decentDecoration is goodSauces are not as expected as well but the morrow one was goodI would definitely visit them again

Food and drinks were tasty but definitely very overpriced. Unfortunately the ribeye black angus medium done steak i ordered was a little smelly (smelt of bombay duck) - ?cross contamination. A little more attention to the cutlery on the table.

Came here on a date night with my lovely husband for our 17 year anniversary! 17 because he cheated on me with my doctor our first marriage. I divorced him, but true love finds its way back to one another! A very small intimate location perfect for couples who are working on their differences!

I had a really enjoyable evening. The food was very good, and Wina was absolutely lovely — so kind, polite, and attentive. She really took great care of me throughout the evening. The ambience was nice, although I thought it could have been a little more special. Still, I had a great time and would be happy to come back.

Food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. The only downside was when my friend choked on a piece of steak, the staff didn’t seem to know how to respond or help in that situation. I don’t think the workers were trained for emergencies like this, which was quite concerning. Alhamdulillah, one of our friends knew how to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre and thankfully my friend is okay and lives to this day!Overall, the food was great, but I’d definitely recommend the staff receive proper training for situations like this.
