Full Venue

Hire the entire venue, ideal for significant celebrations and corporate events.
By taking over our venue you will have exclusive access and total privacy, giving you greater flexibility on entertainment and decor.
Alcoves
- Guests: 20 PAX
Our space is made up of our charming alcoves, each available to be made into your personal space for a more intimate event. These spaces provide a cozy and private space for smaller groups to gather. A great option to enjoy the lively atmosphere while maintaining a sense of privacy.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment should be made 3 days before the event.
Can I bring my own alcohol when I host a private event at your venue?
No, we are a strictly no alcohol venue.
Can I swap dishes on the set menu?
Yes, if agreed in advance, we can swap items for anything on our A La Carte Menu. Please note, this may affect the final price.
Can I decorate the venue?
Yes, however, decorating time is within the slot given. Any additional time: £250.00 (30 minutes)
Do you supply AV?
We have speakers and a TV screen available to use, additional AV will need to be hired.
Do you have recommended suppliers?
Yes, upon booking we can share our preferred supplier list with you
Do you allow DJs?
Yes, you are welcome to book a DJ for your event at Meet Bros.
What times can we hire the venue?
Lunch slot access starts from 12 noon to 17:00 only. Dinner slot access is given from 18:00 to 23:00 only.
Can we have our ceremony at Meet Bros?
You are welcome to arrange for an Imam or Priest to hold your ceremony at Meet Bros.
Can I use an external caterer?
No, outside food or drinks are strictly prohibited.
